Часто просыпалась от странной отечности в пазухах носоглотки. Попробовала этот кверцетин. Каждое утро принимала по ложечке, помог. Его плюсы : липосомальный,с содержанием суточной дозы витамина С, а так же на основе Ф.холина, что необходимо для поддержки печени . Не нужно до заказывать эти компоненты отдельно. Три в одном и это отлично!
